Were lucky to have such a great Gastroenterology Group and Staff for our health care . Not happy with card fee to pay a bill tho. Not showing up 15 mins before appointment anymore tho as I always have a wait quite a bit past my time.
didnt see the doctor. front desk people forced me to sign papers i wasnt comfortable with signing so started crying and i left. if the front desk people wont even listen to me i seriously doubt the doctor would.
I give 4 stars on behalf of Dr. Mahkdoom and his nursing staff. Mahkdoom is very thorough and professional. His nursing staff in the prep rooms are very kind. Both procedures I felt taken care of by them. I had an EGD and colonoscopy here, on both occasions I didn’t get taken back for the procedures on time. I had to sit an extra 2 and a half hours past my scheduled time for my EGD, and an extra hour and a half past the scheduled time for my colonoscopy. waiting for well over an hour for a colonoscopy after being sleep deprived & pooping water for 12+ hours is a crime… why tell us to get here 15 mins early for an “arrival time” just to continue waiting & waiting? there has GOT to be a better way of doing this. several other patients & their rides were also verbally disappointed in wait times. staff was friendly & obviously trained for sassy patients.
Very poor patient/customer service. I waited in the waiting room for over 30 minutes to have a monitor taken off and I was the only one in facility. I also called multiple times to get an appointment to the number recommended and there was no answer and no way to leave a message.
