I don’t even want to give any stars. Worst experience ever with a dentist for my 7 year old son.
My complaint isn't with the staff but with Dr. Martin. She lacks a bedside manner. I recently needed an urgent appointment and had to bring my 2.5-year-old son. As I was in the exam room with the nurse, she came in and said that I needed to keep my child quiet because this was a doctor's office. Her request was neither nice nor with any tone of understanding. I was talking to the nurse and would have noticed if he was being loud and disruptive. We've always had superb care here. The nurses and staff are friendly. Our appointments always run on time.
I have no idea how good the medical care is because they refuse to see me. I’m on Medicare so they will get paid. My home here is my second home and they are insisting that if I will not pull my medical records from my primary doctor, I’ve been with for decades, and bring my records up here and leave him behind, They will not see me.
