I've been going here for more than five years as of late 2025. On the whole, the experience has been a good one. My family is primarily seen by Carrie Claycomb, who has always been friendly and professional with us. She's also generally knowledgeable about even some of my conditions that I've had to educate other medical professionals about. Experiences with other staff range from "professional and polite but probably tired/busy/having a bad day" to "exceptional." My complaint isn't with the staff but with Dr. Martin. She lacks a bedside manner. I recently needed an urgent appointment and had to bring my 2.5-year-old son. As I was in the exam room with the nurse, she came in and said that I needed to keep my child quiet because this was a doctor's office. Her request was neither nice nor with any tone of understanding. I was talking to the nurse and would have noticed if he was being loud and disruptive.
