Unfortunately Southern Hospitality never showed for a fixed appointment. No text to let me know or even an apology. Like the last reviewer this business is both inconsiderate and unprofessional. Unfortunately I would have to say that I could never recommend that anyone engages with them; there can be no excuse when you cannot even send a text to inform you of an issue making the appointment.
This person has no idea what southern hospitality is. I was staying in Fredonia last week and had problems with my ac. I did not need my ac but knew I was headed south and needed my ac. We were headed to Flagstaff for a week and thought I could get it fixed then. I made arrangements with this person and then he stopped responding to my texts or calls. Not a trustworthy individual to engage with. In my experience, he appears to be quite high-strung and has consistently failed to honor his contractual obligations. I was left in a difficult situation, and he employs various intimidation tactics to manipulate charges, often charging more than the average rate.
