Some of the greatest customer service I have ever experienced. These guys are kind, knowledgeable, entertaining, and effective. They squeezed us in between jobs and fixed a wide range of plumbing issues in 1.5 hours including a hardware store run to get us new fixtures. We are new to the trailer/rv world and they gave us a run down on how to operate all of our equipment safely and to protect the longevity. I really appreciate them for greatly improving our experience. I cannot say enough good things about this company.
Southern Hospitality is amazing! They really bailed us out of a severe electrical problem. They are honest, timely, and will work extremely hard to get you back on the road. Highly recommend!
Southern hospitality was recommended by the campground we stayed in. On our way into Flagstaff we hit a pothole and broke a leaf spring late on a Friday. Talked to Kelly but he wasn't able to make it that day but said for sure on Monday morning. He was there with his tech and they replaced the broken one and the other one that also needed replaced. We had a major and dangerous problem with our travel trailer’s wheel and brakes. It was amazing we even made it to the campground. A significant repair involving replacing the axles, bearings and brakes which had burned up was required. Kelly obtained the parts and he and Chris performed/completed the work in just two days at the campground — a significant accomplishment. We made the trip back home safely.
