We had a major and dangerous problem with our travel trailer’s wheel and brakes. It was amazing we even made it to the campground. A significant repair involving replacing the axles, bearings and brakes which had burned up was required. Kelly obtained the parts and he and Chris performed/completed the work in just two days at the campground — a significant accomplishment. We made the trip back home safely. We noticed that our full-length slide out topper was loose and called Southern Hospitality to take a look at it. We thought that "maybe" the spring was loose and needed re-tensioning. Kelly did a fast, efficient job of re-tensioning the full length slide out topper on our motorhome. He and tech, Chris, were professional and friendly and there when we needed them. Southern hospitality was recommended by the campground we stayed in. On our way into Flagstaff we hit a pothole and broke a leaf spring late on a Friday. Talked to Kelly but he wasn't able to make it that day but said for sure on Monday morning. He was there with his tech and they replaced the broken one and the other one that also needed replaced. He was fast and thorough and his attention to detail was awesome. He and his tech went above and beyond to get us back on the road. Will definitely use him if we ever need service... read more

We were packing up to head home, and the Slideout on our Travel Trailer stopped about halfway in. We called and spoke with Kelly, he walked me through how to troubleshoot it and we got it fixed enough to make it home! He didn't charge us anything, and we wouldn't have made it home without him! If you value honestly and customer service then I would highly recommend contacting them!

Some of the greatest customer service I have ever experienced. These guys are kind, knowledgeable, entertaining, and effective. They squeezed us in between jobs and fixed a wide range of plumbing issues in 1.5 hours including a hardware store run to get us new fixtures. We are new to the trailer/rv world and they gave us a run down on how to operate all of our equipment safely and to protect the longevity. I really appreciate them for greatly improving our experience. I cannot say enough good things about this company.
