These people BRAG that they do quality homes but they don't! I bought a new home for $1.4million from them and it was a CRAPPER! I bought a NEW house from "GC Homes" in 1997 in Pinecrest/Palmetto Bay and it had "double hurricane straps" and ALL the extras and was built like a "fortress". These IDIOTS at SH put in "single hurricane straps" and don't have ANY ATTENTION TO DETAIL! They treat you like you're buying a $200k home.
