Not sure what’s changed at Dan Wilson homes other than a designer, but we looked at a home in Oakmont on 116th Street facing a shopping center and it didn’t look like a typical Dan Wilson home. Other than the parking lot being an issue, the inside was really odd with selections. I am sure quality is there, but…
At the initial consultation & according to their brochure, the completed home would be meticulously cleaned inside & out. At the walk through, the exterior had no landscaping completed (other than seed thrown on top of mud yard with no flowerbeds - 2 were included in plan). The sidewalks, driveway & patio were filthy. The interior had wet floors, dirty countertops, & cabinet hinges that were spray painted with latex paint & peeling.
