Buyer beware! John installed according to manufacturers guidelines, an under capacity salt generator on our pool. He claimed that the manufacturer representative told him it would work. This is a simple calculation. We now pay an exorbitant amount for this mistake. He won’t correct it.
Running when they came to put a new pump in! Completely destroyed when they left! Put a new pump in to stop a noisy motor now nothing works. They left with it leaking, ground wire left unhook and said things happen! They said the pack when out. Unbelievable! The last picture is how they just walked away from it.
John was nice, responsive and thorough. He troubleshot a problem nobody else could solve with my pool chlorination system, and helped me to my best possible resolution. Thanks again John!
Bought a spa from them a while back, no regrets. Was able to purchase a replacement top, delivered to my house, for less than internet price after tree damage due to storm. On the one occasion I needed service, years later, received prompt attention and a fair price. Good folks who have been selling and servicing spas a long time.
review barnes post. Barnes called asking for service I advised him we were in Lexington on occasion, never 2x week. He asked us to look at his bath tub when in area to avoid travel charge. I asked for pictures to help identify problem, no promise to come out. Never told him we have 4-6 customer in lexington per trip. What I told him is we try to complete 4-6 calls per day over 50 mile area, He is correct we do not share travel cost as difference from one customer to next is often more than from our shop, this results in... read more
