Glenn is very sensitive when you tell him what a mess you have..rain coming in at the windows and absolutely very little response! He finally came out, said he’d fix it..sent a guy out, still have rain coming in the room! Will not respond to messages left on his phone or at his office with Rachel! More than $18000 paid and we still have water intrusion into our room! Would NEVER recommend this company!
Glen and his crew fixed a leak for me on my Florida room about a year and a half ago. It started leaking again and he sent his guys out about six times and still it leaked. When I talked to him he said he would take care of it and I can tell you he’s a man of his word. He told his crew to start everything from scratch and re do it. I appreciate everything he and his crew have done. We have had one rain so far and no leaks. Thanks Glen.
We are so glad we had Southern Home Additions build our screen room and enclose our carport! We are very pleased with the work they did!
I had four sunroom companies give me estimates. The estimates were very high and the other companies were not sure what to do with my situation. Glen came out and immediately gave me the solution I was looking for at a reasonable price. He had no problem figuring our exactly what I wanted to accomplish. I do not recommend using this company. We had them enclose our lanai and it had leaked since day one. They are not responsive and don't seem to care that the quality of their work is awful. The guy that installed our windows and door admitted he bent the frame to make the door fit. Save yourself the aggrivation and choose a company that values their customers.
We just had our patio extended and covered by Southern Home Additions and we love it! They were great to work with and very responsive. I highly recommend them to anyone!
