put a order in and got allocated for it and 2 months later we asked about the invoice and turns out they sent the allocation by “error”. Didn’t care to make it right, just said we’re out of luck. This distribution center picks and chooses who to send to and like we found out, it isn’t us.

Not the best distributors, nor the cheapest, the problem is with their allocations, incompetent sales reps, well my sales rep is not the best, I have 6 distributors southern hobby is at the bottom. I tried them because they convinced me they were better. Nope every order was either over allocated or I didn't even get any products, even though I orderd right when they became available for pre order , they always blame it on somthing else rather then themselves, then I go to another store and guess what my allocation that neve... read more
Havent heard from anybody in weeks, haven’t had any updates, & no contact from manager (have asked for emails & phone numbers) this is my last resort, had 0 issues with my previous sales rep only with this new one , hopefully we can get this fixed because right now I’d give 0/5 if I could.
