Never even made it to the office for an exam and hated my experience. First off, the vet is the only one can give quotes, which is fine if you actually can get a hold of him/her.... I called the week of Feb 12 3 times and they were never there.... then I called back Feb 19 to get info on a specific test and medication only to be hing up upon and then when I called back to get the price was ignored and left on hold for 5 mins....
