Not being knowledgeable about how to provide a correct notary for our document is understandable. Being rude and racist to my husband is not understandable. Telling us to go back to scottsbluff where there are "more mexicans" when we need a South Dakota notarization on a South Dakota document is a disgusting way to treat a customer.
