I think the new staff that you guys finally hired is so much better there’s so much nicer and they’re easy to work with in a good way. I’m glad for the changes that are coming and I appreciate them up there in that office and the guys that work out in the other shop, I think they’re doing a really good job. Thank you very much. As a resident of two years, I can say this park has made some good improvements since new management recently. I can tell the office staff are doing everything they can do to address any issues that arise. In the office I’ve spoken with Charlene and she is very friendly and willing to listen if there’s an issue. She’s making improvements to the park and I can tell she actually cares about the residents. Adding some fun for the residents she’s offering BINGO with monthly prizes.
