We called Southern Hills Family Medicine earlier in the week to see if we could get an appointment for our daughter. We saw Jen Zettl, NP, on Thursday and she was very professional with our 18-year-old daughter.We couldn’t be happier with the service Jennifer provided!
I have had the opportunity of being a patient of Jennifer Zettl at Southern Hills Family Medicine. Everyone that works there, from Joann at the front desk, Jessica the Medical Assistant to the providers Jennifer and Dr. Tarap are incredible. You couldn't find a place that cares more about their patients and are incredibly knowledgeable at what they do. You are treated and cared for as a whole person. Thank you!
Best medical care I’ve gotten in the black hills in a whole lot of years. Dr. Tarup and her staff are top notch and are exactly the kind of team you want in your corner. She did more in one is it than my old Dr in Newcastle accomplished in years and gave me hope again.
We were on a family trip to Custer and my daughter needed a quick visit and antibiotic. Within one hour, she received excellent medical care, a prescription (ready to pickup in town within 10 minutes), and a complimentary scoop of ice cream from a local shop just to put a smile on her face. Everyone was extremely kind and empathetic. We are very grateful for this clinic!
Kind woman, but I left feeling not heard regarding female health, only later to find out something major overlooked. I came in with a primary concern for a lump and pressure on bladder, left with a pap smear and being told - drink cranberry juice or take D-mannose. Oh and that IBS could be a factor so eat more fiber.
