Jennifer Zettl is awesome! The first time in years I’ve not felt rushed but completely heard during a medical visit. Communication is great with the portal, payment is easy, & the rest of the staff is always fun & helpful. If you’re feeling like you’re losing your mind in crazy hormones…these gals are the bombdiggity!

I was visiting Custer with friends when I developed severe ear pain after a day of hiking and cliff diving. As someone from out of town, I went to the first clinic that popped up on a google search, but was told they no longer accept walk-ins and that my options were to schedule for another day, drive to Rapid City, or go to the ER. We were visiting and needed a consultation. After other clinics and hospitals could not help if we were not already patients, or only had appointments for drop in a week or more later, we called Southern Hills Family Medicine. They were fantastic, made time the same day, and the Doctor took her time doing a full review and exam. We cannot say enough positives about this clinic, the staff, nurses, and doctors.

We absolutely love our Dr Zettl she is amazing with the kids and easy to talk to. My husband who is normally quiet; finds Dr Zettl easy to talk to and she actually listens unlike other dr in rapid. Very happy with our care!
