Today me and my mother came to close out her account with this bank because every time we dealt with them they would try to just weasel around. Not tell us why this is getting charged. Why we got charged for all kinds of stuff and then overdraft fees and they didn't even try to help even take care of the overdraft fees. So every time we talked to any person in the bank they were rude and not helpful and kept trying to pretty much keep us trapped in this place.
