On one of the hardest days of our lives, saying goodbye to our beautiful family dog due to her battle with a very aggressive form of cancer, Southern Highlands Veterinary Centre were beyond compassionate and so helpful. We had the lovely Chayse come out to our home to assist our girl passing peacefully and without pain. Dr Angus Hayes and the team were exceptional during one of the hardest moments we’ve had with our dog.The care they showed helped us feel genuinely supported during an incredibly difficult time. Dr Angus took the time to explain everything gently, gave us space when we needed it, kept us regularly updated and treated our dog with so much love. We are incredibly grateful for their support and couldn’t recommend Dr Angus Hayes or this vet centre highly enough.
