Thank you Bridget. It was time to say goodbye to our old sheep Vinnie. Although not a household pet we still love all our animals and greatly appreciated your compassion, respect, professionalism and the dignity you offered our wooly old fellow. Great service started from phone call where we asked for help, appreciated the kindness of Alice and were thankful for the prompt assistance afforded through a home visit.
A huge thankyou so much to Charlie and all his team for their ongoing professional compassionate and exemplary care of our dog Rudy who has required complicated surgery (from which he recovered well thanks to the care provided) as well general vet care. We would not hesitate to recommend the clinic.
When we arrived at the clinic the reception staff were very caring and went the extra mile to relax us as we were very concerned about our dog Claude. Charlie Carter is an amazing diagnostician and his team pulled out all stops to make sure Claude was comfortable and they wasted no time in treating the problem, keeping us informed every step of the way. We got our treatment plan the next day and the clinic have checked in on us regularly to be sure Claude is progressing well. Thank you all for such excellent care.

I was Disappointed in the level of Service received today. I arrived to collect a body bag for our beloved dog of 14 years. I was met by two ladies in reception at Southern Highlands Veterinary Centre. The younger lady was delightful, showed empathy and care. Very genuine. The older lady presented the Bio degradable bag to me. I told her that this would not work and that I wanted the plastic heavy duty bag that I had purchased from them before, when my previous dog passed.
