my experience hasn’t been the best i’ve had to stay over night for surgery for a kneck and back injury i was told to get here at 8:15 i was made to wait in a chair for almost an hour i was than not given a menu to pick out my meals im also have food allergies which wernt obvisily allowed for so i havent eaten in a meal over 24 hours i was lucky enough that a nurse was able to bring me a stale ham sandwich at 12.30 last night which i ate the ham off and the kicker is im getting ready to check out and they are giving me the me... read more
The staff are just amazing! Very busy but have such an amazing attitude
I have been a recurrent patient for about 2.5 years at Ramsey Health Bowral where I spend most of a day every 4 weeks having a transfusion at the Cancer Care unit. The nurses are great and the care is fine. Unfortunately, the Cancer Care unit has all the physical allure of a dungeon. There is minimal natural light through two small windows along part of one wall, which gives the place a really terrible ambiance.
