Great staff. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Inpatient meals are great quality with a diverse menu to choose from. Medical staff outstanding and professional.
I was a patient at the Southern Highlands Private Hospital today for a day surgery procedure. The staff were absolutely wonderful, polite, friendly and attentive and the whole process went exactly as planned. I only hope I get sick again so I can go back; nothing serious though, maybe just an ingrown toenail.
I have recently been in hospital for 4 days having my gallbladder removed. This hospital is fantastic. I just wanted to single out 4 nurses in Waratah ward, Myree, Amy, Sam & Mikayla who were just fantastic & made my stay feel as though I was valued & cared for in a way I haven't felt in a hospital for such a long time, you guys rock. Thanks again Michael
my experience hasn’t been the best i’ve had to stay over night for surgery for a kneck and back injury i was told to get here at 8:15 i was made to wait in a chair for almost an hour i was than not given a menu to pick out my meals im also have food allergies which wernt obvisily allowed for so i havent eaten in a meal over 24 hours i was lucky enough that a nurse was able to bring me a stale ham sandwich at 12.30 last night which i ate the ham off and the kicker is im getting ready to check out and they are giving me the me... read more
