Consistently poor experience. I have been there on a few occasions over the years and find it is very hit and miss with staff. The owner appears to solely be focused on whether you are there to spend money as opposed to fostering positive customer relations. Parts take forever and a day to arrive. Last time I was in the shop for something I stood there listening to a female staff member swearing on the phone whilst the other employees are engaged in there own conversations; simply unprofessional. A big shout out to Paul and Emma who looked after me with my recent purchase of a Kawasaki KLR650 Adventure. In many places the art of looking after your customers has been forgotten or displaced in chasing the $. Not so with this business and their helpful team. As an older rider returning to a bike Paul gave up a lot of time ensuring that the bike was perfectly set up. Not my nearest Kawasaki dealer but certainly the best service that I’ve experienced in a very long time. Thank you Paul and Emma. Warm regards Simon
