Absolutely done with this place, I schedule appointments and show up to be told it’s on a completely different day I don’t schedule certain days anyway cause my work schedule is set, and I don’t do weekends so y would the magically be a different date now they r withholding medications which can cause seizures due to me “not seeing a dr” yea I’ve miss apts because how am I sopose to know they r now on a different date that I specifically said not to do in the first place and now im in trouble, so if I get a seizure while I’m... read more

When I called for a refill for my sons medication before Thanksgiving (because I knew there was a holiday and they would likely be out of the office) I was sent to voicemail every time I called. I never got a return call from any of the numerous times I had called before the holiday so I called today (9 days later) and was informed that he can't get his refill until he is seen by his doctor. I see chandelle and it seems every time I have a appointment with her on morning appointments she keeps coming up with im not taking my meds when I just woke up and to her appointment my test always shows im taking my meds correctly so does my levels yet she always raising my meds saying such and such isn't helping me that im some depression it not depression!!!!! Friendly staff. Ran out of medications to try to treat depression. Offered me therapy. Said they'd set up an appointment. Never did. Then said they have to outsource my therapy to another provider. Said they'd set up an appointment. Never did. Finally said that I'd have to apply for therapy online. Never elaborated or told me what website.
