I see chandelle and it seems every time I have a appointment with her on morning appointments she keeps coming up with im not taking my meds when I just woke up and to her appointment my test always shows im taking my meds correctly so does my levels yet she always raising my meds saying such and such isn't helping me that im some depression it not depression!!!!! Friendly staff. Ran out of medications to try to treat depression. Offered me therapy. Said they'd set up an appointment. Never did. Then said they have to outsource my therapy to another provider. Said they'd set up an appointment. Never did. Finally said that I'd have to apply for therapy online. Never elaborated or told me what website. Counseling(therapy) is still listed as a service they do on their website. Got a "survey" after stopping treatment. Can’t get past the incompetence at the front desk. Called to ask if they call with appointment reminders. They told me my son was 18 and they couldn’t tell me that. Since when does asking if they do appointment reminders violate anything? Passed me to someone else and they said the same. This was the fourth attempt at making an appointment. The first two they lost and couldn’t find. For people already suffering with afflictions perhaps they should find help that doesn’t add to those.
Had a severe seizure due to mismanagement and withholding of medications.
