Wow what a professional company these guys are. I will be using this team again
I will not be using this company again nor will I be referring them. I booked this cleaning a week before I was due to have my first baby in June. After the clean we noticed they had scratched and damage all our skirting boards in both rooms that were cleaned and when shown photos was told the cleaning equipment is designed not to damage skirtings and walls, therefore making me sound like a liar. The lovely, friendly Terri, from Southern Highlands and Illawarra came yesterday, cleaned my old fabric Parker 2x2 and 2x1 lounge suite and my wall to wall carpets, Terri did a great job, they are the cleanest I've seen them for years. I can see the original colour of my old Axminster wool carpet and it actually has "pile" again. It truly has been given a new lease on life! I was looking around for a couch & Carpet cleaner to clean a white sectional that was dirtied by my dog. Terrie from Southern Highlands And Illawarra Carpet Cleaning company arrived on scheduled time and did a great job. She made sure to not wear shoes and finished the job rather quickly. The couch & my Carpet looks great and I'm thrilled when the results. Would definitely have them come back again. Thank you Terrie.
