Great little community. Very excited to be building a home here.
Southern Highlands has been awesome! We love our new home and neighborhood! Shelby made everything so easy for us in terms of the home buying process.
Walked through the open houses. Very beautiful and good use of space. Downside is the new homes are quite expensive for the Visalia area and the plots are small giving only a tiny back yard.
