My AC went out and I called Southern. The dispatcher was extremely friendly and genuinely cared about my situation. The technician was prompt, professional and was able to fix the unit and it’s now working better than ever. Would highly recommend!
Southern Heating and Cooling replaced my 30 year old furnace and air conditioner yesterday. The two technicians spent a brutal day in my attic installing the new furnace. They worked steadily and diligently in extreme heat to get the job done. They were cheerful and polite all while performing a very difficult task. My new system is fantastic and cools so much better than the ancient system they replaced. I highly recommend this great company! They get the job done!
