Big Shout Out to Southern Heating and Air. They were abke to get me in same day. John was a great technician who answered all of my questions. If your Air goes out in this super hot weather give them a call.
Called Southern Heating. Company came out and the guy was knowledgeable to troubleshoot the evaporator coil leaking quickly and professionally. I bought the home and the previous owner lied about the AC warrantee. When the unit went out totally, I had to flee the home as I have several pets, one being an old pitty. Sadly he had a heat stroke on the way in the car to get him to a cooler haver place to stay until I could get it fixed which i figured would probably be in 3-4 days. I really wanted to do business with this company. The technician (Jimmy) collecting the data was great. Unfortunately, the service after this was not what I expected. I want to express my disappointment for the lack of response. 37 days was a reasonable time to provide an update or an estimate for the sqft of my house. I would have appreciated transparency and for your company to share real expectations regarding the time it was going to take to receive the estimate.
