I have to give a great thanks to Southern Heating and Air. From the estimate to the end of the installation, everyone was so professional. A great shout out to the office manager Pamela and her side kick Jazmine. You walk into the office and you know that are going to be treated with respect. Another shout out to the installation crew, who seamlessly installing the unit and when they left appearing they were never there, except nice cold air blowing. I will not hesitate to recommend this company to my family and friends.
Want to say thank you and give huge props to the guys at Southern heating and air! We came home to a hot house and my hubs called Brett and he had someone out to us within the hour! On top of that we needed a new unit and they had everything installed and done by the next day at lunch! John was awesome! They were very professional and took care of everything we needed! WOW! Just WOW! On June 29th around 6:00 PM, it was 103° outside with what felt like 190% humidity when my wife called and said, “Something’s wrong with the AC it’s getting hot in the house fast!” I called Brett Black, and less than an hour later, BK was ringing my Ring doorbell.
