i just got my policy today and i have to say the experience was absolutely amazing. Most agents usually fast talk u and could care less about your needs, but not Erica. Not only does she looks for ways to save u money, the kindess she shows is extraordinary. What i recived was customer service in its purist form. Ima be smiling all day🤣.
