Don’t waste your time with this company. I bought a home last year and they dropped me without saying anything at all. I got a check in the mail with a refund and 0 explanation as to why I was dropped. No one was able to give me any reason or explanation.
We wanted to use a local agent to get a quote on home and auto. Tried to call this office four times and even when dialing the local number it kept transferring us to someone in California. The people in California kept telling us they were gonna transfer us to the local agent and they kept transferring us to some insurance company we don’t even have insurance with. If you want someone local, this is not the place to go.
Selena was AMAZING after a pretty bad experience w/ another agent here. she was very personable and sweet along w/ being super knowledgeable about getting you the best deal. she gave me the cheapest quote out of a lot of places! She is the only reason i’m still w/ southern harvest.
I highly recommend Southern Harvest insurance. Ashley Russell has the BEST customer service skills I've witnessed in a while. She cares about her customers and makes sure that needs are met. Go visit her office for your insurance needs!
