I had my first appointment with George this afternoon and I am most impressed. He is warm, friendly and he knows his stuff. I feel so much better about managing the arthritis I have in my thumb joint going forward. I left there with some strengthening exercises and a splint made specifically for me. I would have no hesitation recommending Southern Hand Therapy for anyone needing their expertise. Thank you George, I am sincerely grateful.
Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication from this clinic. Despite multiple requests, they have failed to send a treatment report back to my GP. Communication between allied health professionals and doctors is crucial for patient safety and continuity of care. The refusal or neglect to send a basic update is highly unprofessional. I will not be returning and cannot recommend a clinic that fails at basic administrative and clinical communication.
