I had an amazing experience with Charity! She was so kind, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable the entire time! She listened to what I wanted and delivered results I loved! I left feeling happy, confident, and excited about my hair! I will definitely be booking again!

The woman who did my hair left bleach on my hair and skin for more than 40 minutes, I didn’t find out until I left the shop and felt it bleeding. I called and talked to the lady and all she told me was Sorry and basically she didn’t do anything. I don’t want anything in return from this but for them to take accountability. Also the parts that are supposed to be a brassy blonde color are green so thanks for that as well 🤷‍♀️ P.s I can also share the photo I took from the chair where the bleach is obviously on my skin

We took our two daughters to get their haircut, and Ireland did a fantastic job! She was incredibly patient and sweet with them, making the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend her!
