Contacted southern grouts and motor had a man call told him my 1 year sky blue diamond brite had pieces of rust 1/2 inch long and the with of a tooth pick full of rust metal keep trying to have him see and days just go buy 1 year old pool
It was frustrating and a waste of time. I expected professionalism but got the opposite. I don’t recommend this company based on my experience.
This company must be review spammed by employees and friends because this place sold my family a product that didn't even last a year before tiles started falling in my pool and my patio turned to what almost looked like the aftermath of a jenga game
Horrible product and company doesn’t stand behind their product at all. Would never recommend.
Grout failed and when we reached out to the company they didn’t take responsibility for their product. It’s shameful
