Agent lost sight of who she was working for ie the vendors. In her haste to close the sale by year's end she cost us several thousand dollars. After initial gushing assurances the tone became disparaging as well as an implication of wrong doing on vendor's part. There was also a light left on for who knows how long which vendor had to pay for.
