Myself and at least five or six other individuals bought packages for laser hair removal where we were promised certain results. Throughout the process we spoke with them regarding our results and were promised to have it made right to us. The owner of the office without warning sent an email saying they were no longer offering these services. We weren’t compensated or anything. Now he’s closing his practice. Awful experience.
Me and my coworker bought a special back in Nov that was supposed to be good for a year .. we have tried calling several times to set up an appt and no one will answer the phone . Are we just out of our money now ?!
Me and a few friends paid for a laser service, we didn’t get quality service and the outcome we were told we’d get, and now the owner is closing that part of the business and leaving us extremely unhappy with our results and out of $1000! We were told they’d “make it right” and now we’re just left ghosted by them.
What a treat right before the holiday season!!! This was my first visit and certainly will not be my last!! Dr. Richardson was so very kind and took his time answering my questions and explained all they had to offer!! I left feeling rejuvenated and ready to head into my 50’s!!! Thank you!!!
I have been a patent of Dr. Richardson for almost 10 years now. He has always provided me with amazing care and has such a wide range of knowledge about so many different things. He is kind and genuinely caring. His staff is amazing as well. Just wonderful people who all go above and beyond for their patients. I would recommend him to everyone and can't thank him enough for everything he has done for me.
