On any other day the customer service that was received here has been great, exceptional even; however, today I went into the store after getting a call that the bag I wanted to have monogrammed could not be monogrammed. I returned to the store for a refund and I had prior knowledge that they could not guarantee an outside purchase could be monogrammed but I wanted to speak to the monogram manager so that I could go back to the store I bought the original bag from and find one that would work. However, we prefer not to take a chance on doing something we do not feel would be beneficial to you or take a chance on having a possible negative outcome. It is my understanding that the item you bought in was not flexible enough for our machine in addition to you could not use a pocket or other compartment if we did the monogram. I haven't received my products yet but can't wait after the Awesome customer service I received. They responded quickly and were very helpful on a day they were not open!! Will definitely shop here more after the friendly & helpful service I received!!!
