Great customer service.The young lady was fabulous, got me.The information got me my pricing.I paid over the phone.They cut my plexiglass for me.And I have to pick it up on monday, so i'm really excited.I will use them again because I need four more.Sheets cut great place.
HUGE shout out to the Dynamic Duo of Dino and Kevin!! In addition to being professional, talented and efficient ... during the installation of 2 sliding patio balcony screens (at Summer Winds), I had the pleasure of chatting with 2 incredibly nice and kind men. If I were a local company, I would try to steal them away. Incredible service!
The representatives from southern glass did a fantastic job. They were professional and proficient. They replaced five windows. They also repaired some extensive rotting in the original framework surrounding the windows. The one thing that I would suggest if you need windows replaced is do your research and purchase the windows yourself from someplace like Lowe’s or Home Depot. That will potentially save you thousands of dollars. I would definitely recommend Southern glass to anyone who needs window repair or replacement.
This review is directly reflective of whoever runs taking orders, Answering the phone and following up with customers. Their customer service is almost as bad as the I r s's and any government agency. If you can get your mirrors or glass from anybody else, I suggest you do so. They do not return phone calls or call when they're not gonna be able to make their appointment and really have a very none caring attitude about thier customers.Its mainly the woman that answers the phone, probably one of the owner's relatives.
