DO NOT USE! Duane is hopeless, I wish I researched this business prior to getting a quote, quoted a shower screen in Feb 2026 told me about 3 weeks, had to chase him up all the time with a new excuse each time, eventually told me he would install it Tuesday of next week at 2pm, The tenant was waiting until 5pm & then I was contacted understandably saying where is he? No phone call from him & when you ring him no answer, after 5 months I gave up & found a reputable glazier to do it, has not refunded my deposit of $800 Hopeles... read more

Same story as the other reviewers. Paid up front half the deposit for a replacement shower. He said it would take until the end of next week. Rang him today 4 weeks later and the phone is disconnected.

Got my glass eventually after being told would take 3 days, took almost 3 weeks as got damaged and delayed by outsourced glass cutter. No updates given by business owner, had to chase continuously for updates.

DO NOT USE this business. He came around , told us the repair will be done two weeks after the quote we are now 4 months down the track as ghosted our phone call and now two windows broken in the the middle of winter. He was supposed to come three times and never came always a new excuse! Very disappointed about the non honesty !
