I had a highly frustrating experience with this company for a commercial window replacement. The entire process took over a month to complete from start to finish. Communication with the office staff was incredibly unprofessional. When tracking the progress of my order, staff members were rude, and falsely claimed that certain conversations had occurred when they had not. Wonderful place, super friendly and good at what they do. I don't live close to this place but will go out of my way to use them again if I need glass services in the future.
I provided to Southern Glass an O'Reilly warranteed window motor to replace the identical driver door window motor that had failed. The failed motor was purchased from O'Reilly and had been in service for 6 years without a single problem. The installation of the replacement with an identical motor was well done. But, there was a serious knocking sound when the window was raised or lowered. I was told to return another day, when their senior technician was back to work, to fix the problem. Brought my car to them after a pebble chipped my windshield. Flat $50 fee, crack has been filled and the fill is barely noticable. Service was fast, in and out in maybe 30 minutes, probably more like 20.
I have tried to call 30 times everyday for 3 days and no answer are it gets sent to voicemail
