Sketchy company they won’t let you tour the home before signing the lease. They immediately try to push you to rent the place before knowing anything!
Services have drastically improved, love Chris our maintenance supervisor who is on point with my work orders and Bill our community manager who has been here the longest out of all property managers, and has done a wonderful job. I will say that Janine Fox has been the only regional manager that has reached back out to me to verify my issues and solve them immediately. I appreciate the team very much and I see that everything has been improving since I’ve been here for the past 11 years.
Not impressed, big disappointment with these homes and the process of not being able to see the inside before the move in. The overall cleanliness was disturbing.
Im sorry but this is one of the WORST rental companies I have EVER dealt with.
Have prepared repair quotes for these homes, they are spacious and affordable which is hard to come by. Office staff are always professional and friendly. Lindsey Cooper was the manager I worked with and she was amazing!
