This practice does not accept patients with a BMI over 50 and will cancel your consultation with very little notice if your BMI is over the threshold. Watch your credit card if you use it for a co-pay and if you have a bill with them. They will tell you that there running the card for your co-pay and then run it for the full bill... WATCH OUT!!!!

I went to take my dad for a procedure and the woman working intake at 8:06 AM this morning had a terrible attitude from the start. I don’t know why you’d expect a patient to feel comfortable going under anesthesia when not a single interaction is warm or welcoming. It’s 8 AM—why are you already in a bad mood? This is in regards to the employees, ESPECIALLY Stephanie who is the most unempathetic rude unprofessional medical staff member that I have ever spoken with. she easily denies a patient's talks & wants to be held over talks , hangs up the phone on a patient & IF acting professional, transfers your call to doctors & other extensions with no response &/or a voicemail to leave a message with no return. Because of her attitude, I am switching to a different physician & facility.
