Terrible coustomer service. there is no “America” in Amerigas. I have yet to be able to contact a US based representative. Please give me a number I can call so I can have my concerns adequately addressed.
Been calling to resolve a bill, address change and tank refill. I give the information and they say we cant Find this account. Once account was found and i sent the check it takes a total of 7-10 to clear a check and to clear our balance or on there end they said it takes two to three weeks. No one answers the phone and they place you on hold and hang up on you. Horrible customer service can't understand them at all and they act as your account doesn't exist. Go to another company don't even waist your money with them
After terrible customer service for over a year, we decided to change companies. We called and asked them to pick up the tank. They stated there would be a $199 fee to do that. That I could also not schedule a time to have it picked up. The only way they would pick it up is if I gave them instructions. I shared with them the driver would have to meet me due to obstructions and septic tanks in the yard and said it was not company policy to call and meet the driver. We recently ran out of propane shortly after putting in a tankless gas water heater. We thought the water heater was the culprit, but when the tank was refilled, the technician realized there was a leak. He spent a lot of time trying to find the leak, but had other deliveries to do. Brother's sent a plumber out to check the water heater and it was fine.
