You can not get a real person on the phone. I don’t have an account number to set up an online account. They are ridiculous! They need to learn to answer the phone or at the very least respond to the voicemails I left. The 800 number is no help either as no one will answer there as well. Very disappointed in this company as when they were southern propane they actually took care of their customers and cared for them but now that they have sold out it’s “we don’t care if you need anything “. So sad

Been trying to contact a real person for hours now every time you call this 684 5501 number or the 800 number all you get is a recording stating my local office is unavailable. I have a bill for tank rental and I didn't agree to pay for any rental on any tank also I was told by the lady I ordered from last November that as long as I order at least 100 gallons a year I wouldn't be charged a rental fee since your company will not deliver less than 100 gallons I always get 100 gallons and have already called and ordered 100 gal... read more

The first time I ran out of gas in December, they gave me a 10 day delivery window and did not even mention that I could pay an emergency fee to have it delivered that evening until I called back. Then they failed to mention that I needed to be home for the delivery. So I had to call back and wait another day after I had already paid the expedited fee. Fastfoward two months and 200 gallons later (which seems like a lot considering I keep the heat on 62) and I am out of gas again. For some reason they are closed at 4:00. So I... read more
