Absolutely no communication from this seller. Messaged on Facebook & Email within minutes of order and no response or reply was ever given. This is not the way to get repeat orders. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Had a response been given, good or bad, I would totally understand, but to completely ignore customers is not ok. Scrolled through some comments on a Facebook post & saw that I was not the only customer being ignored. Will no longer shop this site.

Ordered almost a month ago. Emailed to see when I might expect my order to arrive. Was given an explanation about how Covid has delayed shipping. I don’t even have a tracking number so the order hasn’t even shipped. As far as I’m concerned, if it hasn’t shipped, then that isn’t the shipping company or Covid to blame. I was not notified when ordering that it would be 2 months or longer to receive my order. And when I inquired about it after the 7 to 10 days it took days to get a reply, as did every inquiry afterwards, and when I did I was given one excuse after another for why I hadn't received my order. They sell items that they do not have in stock and blame it on covid when someone questions it. They take your money and your supposed to be happy with waiting an undetermined amount of time for your products. Poor customer service.
I bought my granddaughters shirts through this site for Christmas back in September and I still have not received my items. I'm beginning to think they are scammers or don't care about their paying customers. It's sad. They could at least email or message me back and let me know why my order is taken so long.
DO NOT ORDER!!!!! I placed a order October 1st and I still have not received my order. Not even a email saying it's been shipped. I have reached out to them so many times and they can't even respect their paying customers enough to email back but they can take your money like a bunch of thiefs.
Placed my order in 4 weeks ago and it still says processing. I have emailed them on multiple occasions and they will not get in touch with me. I will never order anything from this trashy place again.
