First of all they do a good job communicating with you and setting up appointments which they did follow through on. We hired them to encapsulate our crawl space and to level and reinforce the subfloor. This was done in preparation for having the original hardwood floors refinished. The crew was very hard working and their foreman was a true professional. They did inadvertently break a water pipe under the house.
