This was my first visit to Southern Forest MC and everything went very smoothly. From all the paperwork that is required to the consultation with Dr Lisa. It was a good experience and I felt cared for. Thank you.

At the reception staff were so welcoming and the created a friendly environment My experience / interaction/service with the doctor was good However my encounter with one of the staff members where I was to drop some samples wasn’t satisfactory as she was rushing indicating that she had to leave .I didn’t really feel heard/given attention

I find it extremely disappointing to be a paying new patient expecting quality care, only to have to catch out key elements missing from my pathology request on more than one occasion. After reading recent reviews I’d believed I found a great practice. Valuable time has now been lost. Women’s health deserves attention to detail and proper follow-through.
