rude , disrespectful, lack of manners
Two weeks after they installed a whole new system outside and in the attic plus duct work, one night it shut down in August. My daughter and I tried to troubleshoot ourselves. We googled things to try. I finally said, “I know it 10:30pm at night but try calling them for suggestions.” Not only did they answer but they showed up 30 minutes later and got her back up and running.
It is amazing to be able to call a local company and get same day service. Especially when your AC is suddenly down and it's 90 degrees outside. Danielle was compassionate to my needs and kept me updated throughout the whole process, and Shannon was very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. He answered all of my questions and didn't mind my dog's barking. If you ever have heating or cooling issues they will take care of you quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend them!
