We were in a tight spot: two of hardwood suppliers failed to deliver hickory engineered flooring through another dealer. I contacted Kevin, who had access to a l supplier with large quantity of quality hickory that could cover our 1500 sf. Kevin was able to communicate with them and get the Hartco flooring trucked here in two days, allowing us to keep our installers schedule. We recently hired Southern Flooring Solutions, LLC to renovate our master bathroom, and we were SO impressed with the end result! What they did: 1. Remove our old jacuzzi tub, shower, tile floor, vanity/countertops, off centered window over the tub 2. Did a great job. Finished on schedule.
Spent $12,000 for this flooring and this is 2 years later. Company never discussed a subfloor and knew walls were recently taken down and didn’t fill in the gaps. Company came out and said they couldn’t do anything bc it was a fault in the product. I guarantee the floors wouldn’t have failed had the necessary steps been taken before installation.
Kevin is very knowledgeable about flooring products and installation. I used Southern Flooring for three different types of flooring installation, and a shower/bathroom, and all four were completed on time and very well done. Highly recommended.
