Terrible end result. Coatings peeling. Patches look terrible and still peeling. Looks absolutely terrible. Awful customer care. Aaron Efird cannot be trusted. He is a liar. See the real reviews on yelp. My previous review here is missing.
We’ve had the coating on our pool deck for 3 years and have had to have them patch several places. The patches look awful and now we have places that are literally peeling off. We’ve tried call and get no answer or even an answering machine.
Was waiting to give the company time to come out and fix our issue from back in October but they never came out and I just plain forgot to post the review so here we go. This is from October of 2024. So I decided to have our garage as well as our front and back porch coated. My neighbor had used this company in the past. I had the owner out to the house to give us a quote. Beware. Looks great at first. Couple years later. Not so much. Several spots are cracking and peeling up. Company finally came out after several attempts to reach someone and they did a “ fix patch”. Looks worse now. 6 months later the patch is now popping up and other spots as well. Terrible customer service after the sale. Definitely not recommend.
Aaron and his crew did an excellent job on our 3 bathroom floors. Very punctual. I would highly recommend them.
