I don't get all the bad reviews, for me reception staff are welcoming & freindly, it's a nice layout, they saw me quick, doctors are freindly, what more could you ask for!
I am really relying on you for help Dr Vee but its hard to feel you are taking me seriously as a patient when, you are sitting there fiddling with your watch like you are bored, whilst im telling you im in so much pain i cannot walk.
Worst doctors experience I've ever had in all my 65 years
Dr KC is abrupt and rushes you, he could definitely improve his manner, this is the second bad experience with him and I have come away from my appointment feeling like I have been slapped. I'm trying to ask him if he has appointments on the weekend or out of work hours 9-5, because I don't have a vehicle at the moment, I am 25 minutes away and I have to wait for my husband to get home from work to take me and he can't even be bothered to tell me the opening hours.
