I am adding to the complaints of this company. SFS, INC. will still proceed to garnish you even after receiving consistent payments from you! You will not get ANY correspondence (no email or mail) that they even received your payments, though you have the receipts! Collection agencies are to give you in writing what is required and what you agreed to when you were served from court, this WAS NOT given. Unfortunately information given by customer is not accurate.
I have been reaching out to the collection agency to take care of a collection on my credit . Every time I would call them I was told that they couldn't find anything with my name,social, are the other information I provided them ! So I reached out to the original creditor and they said they don't have that bill and I never visited there facility . So I called equifax back to dispute the collection again and they said that Southern Financial said that it was mine .. but when I talk to Manager/**** she said it wasent mine it ... read more

We have not reported this under Complainant's social security number. We explained that several times to her. The account is not in her name or dob or ss#. We cannot report a number that we dont have. We have no ss# at all listed in this account but none of the information we have matches her. If the credit reporting agencies have put this account under her ss#, we had nothing to do with it. We explained to her she needs to dispute it with them. We have still listed this account as a dispute even though it is not in her name... read more
