Got denied the day before closing because of these clowns. They didn’t even have the decency to call me. Jonathan TEXTED me. That tells you everything you need to know. Never even sent the letter of denial, which they are required by law to do until I had to threaten them.

Closed today with so many issues. Southern Fidelity blamed ADM, ADM blamed Southern Fidelity. I had no figures for closing until 15 minutes before close. The assistant Nicki gave me a figure the evening before and was 99% sure it was correct....Wrong, it was over. Why was closing even set if everything was not ready? Since I've called who started the process of the loan, who happens to be the owner the company, and I haven't heard a word from him, I guess they are not worried about customer concerns and worries either.
