Last time I'll spend money here! There's not the first customer in the store or parking lot. I'm purchasing a small order of bolts to which she gets and brings to the counter. I decided to add lock washers to my order and she gets a attitude over it. I'm guessing because I don't have a $1,000 order! I can see why this place has no customers! HORRIBLE WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS! I WON'T BE BACK! Take your nasty attitude and kick rocks!
Excellent customer service, great experience
Let me start off by saying fastenal is a joke now. I was looking for a fastener company to replace fastenal, called Southern fasteners and was blown away with how well i was treated by Cindy. I got my first quote set up and she set me up with everything else i needed as well. Great experience so far!
