My experience with Southern Family Medicine has been extremely disappointing. The lack of communication wasn’t just an inconvenience—it directly affected my medical care and resulted in my prescriptions not being filled on time. My last prescription was six days late. Despite repeated attempts to get answers and have the issue resolved, getting a call back was nearly impossible. Amazing staff and a Dr that actually cares for his patients
Paul and his staff get it done with kindness, professionalism, and accuracy.
DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY REASON: I am a disabled veteran with head injury and I have to take migraine meds for that injury. After my visit with Dr Kiff I went to walgreens to have my meds filled. The pharmacist outloud states to me we cannot fill your meds because Dr. Kiff office just told me you walked a paper copy of the perscription to another pharmacy today.
