I had a bathtub faucet leak that needed to be fixed right away. I called a local plumbing company in Lake Stevens and asked for a technician to come out and give me a free estimate before starting any work. Marc was the plumber who showed up, and he was very knowledgeable, friendly, and arrived on time. He checked out the problem, gave me a fair estimate, and quickly repaired the leak. I recently had a great experience with Ronald's Plumbing. Marc came out to replace my garbage disposal. He was very professional and friendly, and I felt comfortable with his skills right away. He took the time to show me my options and explained each step of the process as he worked. I will definitely use them again for any plumbing needs and will ask for Marc next time too.
I had a problem with my 50-gallon water heater when it suddenly stopped working. The control panel light kept blinking and showed a chamber sensor error. Since the heater was still under warranty, I contacted the manufacturer, and they sent over a factory-authorized plumbing company.
