Staff was friendly, professional and I was seen promptly
I was glad Dr Tran recognized I needed something for an infection. However. I requested an appt with Dr Zeringue, and when I arrived in the exam room, Dr Tran was the doctor - not Dr Z. Appointment schedulers need to let patients know if they are going to see the Dr requested or not. I will say I called the morning of the appointment and was grateful to get a same day appointment, but Ibelieve one should be told if Dr Z ( the opthamologist) is not available. Thanks!
